CLIMBING




Climbing is a sport that it consist use your hands and feets to ascend a rock mountain.

It is done indoors and out, on natural and manmade structures. This is because there are lots of types of climbing:




TYPES


 -LEAD CLIMBING : Is a techinque climbing which you have to ascent a route. It can be routes like 8 metres or 50 metres (but you need an especific roupe).
The lead climber must have another person for help him, the belayer. The belayer has multiple roles: holding the rope in the event of a fall, and paying out or taking up rope as the climber moves.



  -BOULDERING :
 It's more similar than lead climbing but the only diferent it's that you don't need any rope or harnesses. The walls which you can climb are more shorter than lead climbing, 5 meters are normally but you need a crashpad it's like a mat specific for boulder climbing.
















TRADICIONAL CLIMBING: It's  a style of rock climbing that a climber or a group of climbers wants to climb big walls more highs than 80 metres. One of the moust famous rocks are the Capitan or the mountain range of Montserrat.






DEEP-WATER SOLOING: Is a form of solo rock climbing, pracitced in the sea and if you fall you fall to the sea. Are route from 5 - 30 meters and it's the moust dangerous type because if you fall bad to the sea you can broke your back.
